AbbVie ranked No. 23 on The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2022.
Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, supports women plastic surgeons with LIMITLESS, an ongoing initiative in partnership with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), The Aesthetic Society and the American Hernia Society.
LIMITLESS was developed to highlight women’s achievements in plastic surgery and to support the development of current and future leaders in science, healthcare and medicine. Through the program, women surgeons have access to education, mentorship and empowerment.
The platform is designed to offer storytelling opportunities for women. The initiative also includes a docuseries on YouTube, a podcast and an in-person networking summit.
