BASF and StitchCrew Launches Second Cohort of Inclusive Beauty Accelerator

BASF ranked No. 12 on The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2022.

BASF has partnered with StitchCrew to open applications for the second cohort of the Inclusive Beauty Accelerator.

The acceleration program supports independent brands in the beauty and personal care industry that are committed to creating innovative, inclusive products. Through the program, brands have access to a platform for learning and business opportunities.

Selected participants will receive a $10,000 grant and gain hands-on coaching from leading beauty and personal care executives. All participants will have the opportunity to present products to investors at the end of the program.

“The Inclusive Beauty Accelerator demonstrates BASF’s firm commitment to advance inclusion and diversity in the personal care industry,” said Marcelo Lu, Senior Vice President, Care Chemicals North America. “BASF is investing heavily in research and development to create new products that are effective for diverse skin and hair types. With the Inclusive Beauty Accelerator, we are taking our commitment to the next level by supporting tomorrow’s inclusive beauty innovators who will launch products and services that will advance our industry.”
