Our diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives over the past year have included:
- Established a leader-led DE&I Executive Council
- Launched a comprehensive inclusive hiring training program
- Nationalized business resource groups across 9 different geographical US sites
- Further enhancement of our DE&I data strategy and framework
- Increased supplier diversity efforts by making a commitment to continue spending toward Tier 1 diverse suppliers
