The Walt Disney Company provides tuition reimbursement for employees pursuing higher education with the program Disney Aspire.
Disney Aspire pays 100% of tuition up front, available to eligible hourly full-time and part-time employees and cast members. The program opens new doors for employees, providing access to education.
“I’m a big believer that the more education you receive, the more chances you’ll have to grow professionally,” said Brian Dempsay, horticulture manager. “The fact that Disney has a program like this and invests in your continued growth is amazing.”
