Dow ranked No. 15 on The Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2022.
Dow has earned a place on the 100 Best Companies to Work For list presented by Great Place to Work and Fortune. This marks the third consecutive year that Dow has made the list.
The company moved up ten places from last year, ranking no. 89 in 2023. Dow is also the only materials science company and one of only three manufacturing and production companies to make the list.

Honorees named to the list were selected based on their ability to support employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers.

To determine the 100 Best Companies to Work For, Great Place to Work analyzed survey responses from more than half a million employees from Great Place to Work Certified companies with at least 1,000 employees.
Companies also had the opportunity to submit essays describing their efforts to offer support for their employees.
