This month, Hilton is celebrating Black History Month by shining the spotlight on some of its team members who work hard to make every guest’s stay memorable.

In the Washington, D.C. area, one of those team members is Doorman Guy Burton, who has greeted guests with a big smile at the Washington location for nearly 30 years.

Burton was originally drawn to a career with the company because of its reputation for offering great service. He credits his longevity with the company to the hotel’s incredible front service team and General Manager Kenneth Jarka.

“Hilton is the best company — from management all the way down to employees. We’re a family and a team,” Burton said.
