Medtronic Partners With Kindbody to Make Fertility Treatments Accessible

Medtronic ranked No. 2 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies list in 2023.

Medtronic has partnered with Kindbody to make life-transforming care more accessible for employees, including fertility treatments and LGBTQ+ care.

Kindbody aims to make fertility and family-building care more affordable and accessible for all.

“This partnership started as a desire to support employees in whatever way they wanted to start or grow their family and has led to care options that help us support our employees and their families in new ways,” wrote the company on LinkedIn.

On top of fertility benefits, increased adoption, gynecology, surrogacy and donor benefit, additional parental leave benefits are also available to employees.

“I want to see every single employee who wants to, to be able to grow their family,” said Denise King, VP of Global Benefits and Payroll. “We need to think about the Mission and how we can support our employees in manners similar to our patients.”
