Trust has never been more important when it comes to creating a culture of belonging. Fostering a trusting, inclusive environment allows employees to feel comfortable being their true selves, to have candid conversations and share different points of view. At PwC, I have seen firsthand the power of building a culture of belonging — it enables our people to bring their best selves to work, which in turn results in fantastic support for our clients and communities.
