Chad Johnson is the interim CEO of Fair360, formerly DiversityInc. He has over 20 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). Johnson is a subject matter expert in diversity measures and analytics, with his past work at various organizations being recognized with numerous Fair360 awards and the 2012 Catalyst award.
In his previous roles at Sodexo and Royal Caribbean Group, Johnson had oversight of the organizations’ DEI strategies, programs and analytics. In each of these organizations, Johnson was a thought partner for executives and their leadership teams. Through his in-depth understanding of diversity initiatives and business intelligence, he has been able to execute DEI strategies that were aligned with the business objectives and demonstrated a positive impact within the respective employee cultures.
