2023 Women of Color and Their Allies

Fair360 hosted its 6th annual Women of Color and Their Allies event on Sept. 21, 2023, with host sponsor RTX. The theme was “Navigating the Intersections of Workforce Equity.”

Fair360 hosted its 5th annual Women of Color and Their Allies event in September 2022 in conjunction with Humana. The theme was “Avoiding Regrettable Loss in the Talent Pipeline.”
