Veronica McCoy is a dedicated, experienced and multi-talented professional with 15 years of expertise across a range of business functions. Her career began at Verizon as a Resource Operations Specialist and later as an Administrative Operator, laying the groundwork for future operational roles and providing her comprehensive understanding of business strategy and operations management.
Since joining Fair360 in 2005, McCoy has held a variety of key positions in sales, marketing, customer service and operations, each contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational efficiency. These experiences provided her with a wide breadth of industry knowledge that allows her to approach business challenges creatively, both for Fair360 and its clients. In her current role as VP of Client Fulfillment, she works with senior leaders to prioritize business strategies and identify growth opportunities in addition to managing the company’s daily logistics needs.
McCoy’s robust interdepartmental experiences taught her impressive technical skills, exposing her to an array of content management systems and business software solutions. She leverages these skills daily to manage Fair360 projects, monitor business performance and coordinate with IT to oversee the company’s digital strategy.
McCoy holds an associate’s degree in business administration from Berkeley College in Newark, NJ, and an office automation certificate from Cittone Business Institute in Edison, NJ.
