Barneys Agrees to $525,000 Racial-Profiling Settlement

Barneys New York has agreed to a $525,000 settlement after an investigation into accusations of racial profiling.

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman launched the investigation after two Black customers filed lawsuits claiming that they had each been profiled by Barneys employees after legal purchases.
