Howe is a visible sponsor of D&I: he co-chairs EY’s executive diversity council with Karyn Twaronite, EY Global Diversity & Inclusiveness Officer. He has told us he never thought about not chairing the council. “People are watching the message I’m sending,” he said. “My job is to run the business. This is fundamental to our business.”
