Liz is a partner with PwC’s transfer pricing practice in the Houston office. She has over a decade of experience in the areas of transfer pricing, tax controversy, financial reporting, and project management, serving clients across various industries, including upstream oil and gas; oilfield equipment and services; engineering, procurement, installation, and construction; chemicals and refining; industrial products; and consumer goods and services.

She has worked with companies to implement global transfer pricing documentation programs, as well as advised on transfer pricing policy creation and implementation. Currently, her practice focuses on end-to-end transfer pricing execution and increasing efficiencies through process improvement, intercompany execution controls and governance, and automation and technology.

Liz is a frequent author and speaker on technical transfer pricing topics. Her by-lined articles have appeared in numerous publications, including BNA Transfer Pricing Report, Tax Notes International, and LexisNexis Emerging Issues Analysis. She has also written for several industry outlets, including the Oil & Gas Financial Journal and Offshore Magazine. Liz is a member of the editorial board for PwC’s annual International Transfer Pricing book.

She holds a BA from Rice University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Liz is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
