Luke Visconti is the founder and chairman of Fair360, formerly DiversityInc. He guided Fair360, formerly DiversityInc to be the number one source of data on corporate human capital results. He turned over his CEO duties to Carolynn Johnson in 2019 and continues to provide strategic guidance as Chairman.
Luke is heavily involved in philanthropy. He is chair of the National Organization on Disability (NOD), Vice Chair of New Jersey City University, on the board of HACU and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson and Union Counties. He is also an unpaid advisor on talent and community to the President of the Rutgers Foundation. He created the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that funds endowed scholarships at the three schools where he has/had a board seat: Bennett College (Historically Black), New Jersey City University (Hispanic Serving), and Rutgers University.
Luke holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers University. He is a veteran, having served as a Naval Aviator for more than eight years on active duty and another 18 months in the reserves. He served as a member of the Chief of Naval Operations Executive Panel for almost 10 years.
