The National Organization on Disability (NOD), in partnership with Fair360, released the Disability in the Workplace 2023 Insights Report.
The annual report analyzes the results of NOD’s Employment Tracker, a free and confidential assessment that benchmarks the disability inclusion programs of over 200 companies.
The 2023 report revealed that 69% of talent outcomes measured in the NOD Employment Tracker improved since 2022. Talent outcomes include job applicants, new hires, employee resource group (ERG) participation and promotions.
