Abbott’s High School STEM Interns Create Prosthetic Hands

As part of their internship, Abbott’s (No. 10 on Fair360, formerly DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity) high school STEM interns learned to create prosthetic hands.

The company — ranked No. 14 on Fair360, formerly DiversityInc’s specialty list, “Top Companies for Mentoring” — offers several internships for high school and college students, ranging in fields from sales to information technology.
