According to RTX, military veterans make the company’s culture, products and services better.
“Across our businesses, former soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines work in factories, travel to test sites and embed on military installations around the world, drawing from their unique experiences and collaborating with colleagues toward a common goal: to produce the technology customers rely on to meet their missions,” the company wrote.
Veteran employees inspire thinking beyond the theoretical, bringing a morale-boosting mentality and communicating with veteran customers, RTX said.
