Medtronic ranked No. 2 on the Fair360 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2023.
Medtronic was named one of the “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” by the 2023 Disability Equality Index (DEI). This marks the sixth consecutive year that the company has received the recognition.
The DEI is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AADP) and Disability:IN. It analyzes companies and their disability inclusion practices, measuring on a scale from zero to 100, with 100 reserved for companies that are the most inclusive.
