National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) showcases the inclusive employment policies and practices that support people with disabilities. Observed in October, the month also highlights the contributions of America’s workers with disabilities, past and present. Additionally, “Advancing Access and Equity” is the theme of NDEAM in 2023.

Also, this document features a Disability in the Workplace Toolkit created by the National Organization on Disability (NOD).
