March 2024 Women’s History Month: Inspiring the Next Generation

Women’s History Month is a time to honor and celebrate the mark women have left throughout history, amplify their voices, share their stories and celebrate their triumphs. However, Women’s History Month is not just about celebrating achievements. It’s also a time to confront the systemic barriers and inequalities hindering progress.

This Meeting in a Box debunks myths about what’s holding back women in the workplace and highlights how Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) advances opportunities for women in their careers.

The National Women’s History Month theme for 2024 is “Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.” Fair360 spotlights four female leaders advancing DEI at their respective companies.
