Pratt & Whitney, an RTX subsidiary, recently spotlighted Nadine Safah, who discussed how fostering innovation can lead to more sustainable products.
Safah, a Senior Manager of Operations Program Management at Pratt & Whitney Canada, has been with the company for ten years. She believes world-changing innovations aren’t stumbled upon by chance – they are born out of curiosity and determination of people who want to improve things.
