TD Bank ranked No. 20 on the Fair360 2023 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
TD Bank presented the first-ever HBCU Festival at the Mann in Philadelphia. Fans of culture, history, music and togetherness came together to celebrate.
The event celebrated Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and was free to attend. It included celebrity appearances, marching bands, educational workshops and students from all across the country sharing their experiences at HBCUs.
TD Bank collaborated with aspiring storytellers to share their experience attending an HBCU and what this event means to them.
“The heart of HBCU means to me personally, just being around like-minded people, being around the culture, whether wherever you come from. You can always depend on the HBCU to bring that love and that culture together,” said Danielle Mullins, Delaware State University.
