The panelists discussed key strategies for supporting women in the workplace, including:

  1. Creating opportunities and access for women
  2. Understanding various forms of allyship
  3. Encouraging self-advocacy for personal growth
  4. Making professional advocacy a daily commitment

“More than ever today, employees are expecting their leaders to promote inclusion to support their career development and support their overall well-being,” Brown said.
