As the workforce changes, leaders must also shift and adapt to help steer their organization forward. One aspect of the future of the workplace is the demand for women in leadership positions. ADP shared ways to facilitate the support and advancement of women in the workforce.

Despite years of effort to boost the number of women in leadership, progress still remains slow. Pay inequity, unconscious bias and the lack of mentorships are still common issues for women hoping to advance their careers.
