ADP Shares Ways to Boost Talent Attraction With Career Development Offerings

ADP ranked No. 15 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2023.

 

ADP shared the role of expanding career development opportunities to improve talent attraction and retention.

A study by Workplace Intelligence found that 9 out of 10 prospective employees look for professional development, career education and growth pathways at organizations.

According to a recent Market Pulse Study by ADP Commercial Insights, small businesses agreed that career development training is essential for talent attraction (46%) and employee retention (45%). However, only 19% said they offer it as a benefit.

Learning management systems (LMS) can help businesses create, deliver and manage training materials and employee utilization, expanding the capabilities of what companies can offer.
