The Cigna Group ranked No. 14 on the Fair360 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2023.
The Cigna Group Foundation closed the application period for its Health and Well-Being grant program. This grant cycle focused on mental health and improving access to care and eliminating health disparities, particularly for minority populations and underserved communities.
“Mental health is a critical part of our health and vitality,” said Melissa Skottegaard, Head of The Cigna Group Foundation. “Meaningfully improving people’s mental health requires partners that understand the unique needs and challenges their communities face, which is why we are partnering with local nonprofits to expand access to behavioral services or address the shortage of mental health professionals. Together, we will build stronger, healthier, and more vital communities.”
Qualified nonprofits must specifically address health and well-being with programs that focus on improving and ensuring good mental health.
Grants will be awarded from November to December.
