The Hershey Company ranked No. 3 on the Fair360 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2023.
The Hershey Company received a score of 100% by the 2023 Disability Equality Index (DEI) and was named one of the “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion.”
DEI is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AADP) and Disability:IN. It analyzes companies and their disability inclusion practices, measuring on a scale from zero to 100, with 100 reserved for companies that are the most inclusive.

The ranking analyzed the following areas: Culture & Leadership; Enterprise-Wide Access; Employment Practices (Benefits, Recruitment, Employment, Education, Retention & Advancement, Accommodations); Community Engagement; Supplier Diversity; and Non-U.S. Operations (Non-Weighted).
