Alicia Petross, Chief Diversity Officer at The Hershey Company, was welcomed to the National Organization on Disability’s (NOD) Board of Directors.
The NOD helps increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through programs and services, NOD helps organizations understand the competitive advantages of hiring people with disabilities.
“Being part of the NOD Board and working closely with the team and member organization only fuels my passion to drive employment opportunities for all, at Hershey and throughout the country,” Petross said.
Hershey has received the NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal since 2016, which recognizes companies for demonstrating positive talent outcomes for people with disabilities.
