Marriott International is a Hall of Fame company.
Marriott has earned a place on the 100 Best Companies to Work For list presented by Great Place to Work and Fortune. The hotel giant has made the list for 26 consecutive years.
The company has ranked in the top 10, a position upheld since the list was established.
“Being recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Company for over twenty-five years reflects our commitment to our associates,” said Ty Breland, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Marriott.
Honorees named to the list were selected based on their ability to support employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifiers.
To determine the 100 Best Companies to Work For, Great Place to Work analyzed survey responses from more than half a million employees from companies certified by the organization with at least 1,000 employees.
Companies also had the opportunity to submit essays describing their efforts to offer support for their employees.
