Marriott’s Peggy Fang Roe Named Among Gold House’s Most Impactful Asians & Pacific Islanders

Peggy Fang Roe is the EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Marriott International. Marriott is a Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Hall of Fame company.

Peggy Fang Roe, EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Marriott International, ranked on Gold House’s A100 list, which recognizes 100 of the most impactful Asia Pacific leaders every May.

“Through their achievements, this year’s A100 honorees are bridging communities, industries and continents to ultimately bridge the gap — between what people expect of us, and who we can become,” wrote Gold House, a cultural ecosystem that unites, invests in and champions Asian Pacific creators and companies to power tomorrow for all.

Roe oversees the development and execution of all aspects of Marriott’s global consumer strategy. She has held various leadership roles since joining Marriott in 2003, including Global Officer of Customer Experience, Loyalty and New Ventures and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer in Asia Pacific.

“To know [Roe] is to appreciate that she is equally at home, and makes others feel at home, almost anywhere in the world,” wrote Rajeev Menon, President of Marriott Asia Pacific. “It’s a gift paired with business acumen, and our industry, company and the future of travel for consumers worldwide, is better for it. We’re all so proud of and grateful for you and all that you’ve done, do, and will continue doing, to enable greater socioeconomic opportunities for all.”

Roe also co-founded the Marriott Women in Leadership initiative in Asia Pacific, serves as a board member of the Hong Kong chapter of the Asian University for Women and leads the Women’s Associate Resource Group at Marriott International.
