In celebration of International Equal Pay Day, Novartis has renewed its pledge with the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC).
Novartis is committed to gender equity, including maintaining gender balance in management and enhancing pay equity and transparency for global associates. The company’s efforts to ensure pay equity and transparency across all its countries of operation include using objective internal and external benchmarking data to remove possible bias, annual pay equity analysis and adjustments, where appropriate and the removal of the use of historical salary data.
Novartis joined EPIC in 2018.
