U.S. Bank ranked No. 11 on the Fair360 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2023.
U.S. Bank announced that Shruti Patel joined the company as the new Chief Product Officer for the business banking segment.

Before joining the company, Patel was Head of Global Product Partnerships and Monetization at Shopify. She also has a background in embedded payments and partnerships at JPMorgan Chase.
