PwC Shares Details on Equal Parental Leave Benefits

PwC is a Fair360 Top 50 Hall of Fame company.

 

PwC shared details on its parental leave benefit, which offers a near 50/50 split between mothers and fathers.

“We refer to it as parental leave and not necessarily maternity leave,” said DeAnne Aussem, PwC Well-being leader. “We know parenting and caregiving takes a variety of different shapes for different families.”

The company recognizes that parenthood isn’t one-size-fits-all and its benefits offerings are designed to be inclusive and accessible.

“As a parent, one of the first inclusion networks I joined was the Parenting Inclusion Network. It’s one thing to be told that there is a benefit available and another when there are peers that can speak to their experiences in actually using these benefits,” said Ali Suleman, Consulting Manager.
