ADP Shares Ways to Increase Retention in a Multigenerational Workforce

ADP shared ways for employers to attract and retain talent in a multigenerational workforce.

Different generations have different needs and companies can work to meet those needs with catered benefits. Gen Zers may look for early entry into the workforce through internships or part-time work and would benefit from tuition assistance.

Millennials may benefit from assistance with student loan debt and family planning, including parental leave and childcare expenses. Gen X may want help with retirement planning or medical expenses, while older generations may be more focused on ways to give back to the community.

Regardless of generation, ADP said the top trends in the benefits landscape are work-life balance, inclusivity, well-being and financial health.
