In this week’s installment of our Career Advice video series, Linda Bell, Head of Content at Fair360, spoke with Danielle Purfey Wright, Managing Director Global Talent Brand and Inclusion and Diversity at Accenture (a Hall of Fame company). Wright shared how to create and execute a personal brand, focus on continuous learning and improvement and live with courage in the workplace.
As the 2023 Fair360 Hall of Fame inductee, Accenture has shown commitment to diversity on its Board of Directors, where 45% are women and 45% are ethnic minorities. Additionally, 50% of subcommittees are chaired by women and 75% by ethnic minorities. The company has very strong Talent Development Programs with essentially all employees involved in formal mentoring. As a result, Accenture was one of the highest-scoring companies in terms of internal promotions during 2022.
