As a human capital subject matter expert and influencer, Carolynn serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to C-suite executives, government and healthcare leaders, and major media outlet decision-makers. She also served as an expert witness before the United States House Committee on Financial Services. In 2022, she was named an influential leader by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and served as a judge at the 2022 Sanofi Health Equity Accelerator Awards.
Carolynn earned an MBA from Rutgers University and completed an organizational management fellowship at the Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College. Carolynn serves on the following boards: The Center for Healthcare Innovation, Rutgers University Foundation Board and its Center for Women in Business, and The Ph.D. Project.
