Carolynn Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Editor at Fair360, a data platform and media ecosystem known as the preeminent source of workplace fairness content, best-in-class industry benchmarking and predictive workforce analytics. 

For twenty years, major U.S. employers with 750+ employees have trusted Fair360 as a third-party data transparency validator by participating in the annual Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 competition. This survey is the most extensive, comprehensive, data-driven analysis assessing and ranking employers based on their programs, practices, policies, and outcomes to hire, retain, develop and promote women, people of color, people with disabilities, LGBTQ, veterans and active military service employees. 

As a human capital subject matter expert and influencer, Carolynn serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to C-suite executives, government and healthcare leaders and major media outlet decision-makers. She also served as an expert witness before the United States House Committee on Financial Services. In 2022, she was named an influential leader by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and served as a judge at the 2022 Sanofi Health Equity Accelerator Awards.

Carolynn earned an MBA from Rutgers University and completed an organizational management fellowship at the Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College. Carolynn serves on the following boards: The Center for Healthcare Innovation, Rutgers University Foundation Board and its Center for Women in Business and The Ph.D. Project.
