Dow ranked No. 7 on the Fair360 2023 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
Dow received a top score on the Disability Equality Index (DEI) and has been named among the “Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” for the seventh year in a row.

The index was created by business leaders, policy experts and disability advocates in partnership with Disability:IN and The American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD).
