Dow ranked No. 7 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list in 2023.
Dow was recently honored with a 2023 ICIS Innovation Award, recognizing the company’s sustainable Paint Vision digital technology platform.
The ICIS Innovation Awards honors companies that are paving the way in product, process and sustainability innovations across the chemicals industry. Paint Vision was chosen as a winner in the Best Digital Innovation category.

Two separate products from the company were also listed as finalists in the Best Product Innovation category: DEXCARE CD-1 Polymer and EcoSense GL-60 HA/HL Surfactants.
The honor recognizes the company’s commitment to sustainable change.
