Dow ranked No. 7 on the Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies list in 2023.

Dow has won three 2023 Sustainability, Environmental Achievement & Leadership (SEAL) Business Sustainability Awards, including one Sustainable Product Award and two Sustainable Innovation Awards.

Through the awards, SEAL recognizes specific initiatives, products, services and innovations ranging from large companies to start-ups for their industry leadership, innovation and commitment to sustainable business practices.

The Dow winners include the following:

  • EVOWASH Antifoam Agents and Readily Biodegradable Detergents: This product won the SEAL Sustainable Innovation Award. According to Dow, the product “seeks to accelerate the global transition to a circular economy of plastics by enabling the reduction of surface contaminants such as adhesives in up to 90%, providing higher purity in the final resins, while optimizing foam dosage and costs.”
  • LuxSense Silicone Leather: This product also received a SEAL Sustainable Innovation Award. Dow says it is the first silicone-based luxury synthetic leather material that uses liquid silicone rubber technology and adheres to the requirements for transport seats and interiors.
  • SYL-OFF EM-7920NF Emulsion Coating: This product won a SEAL Sustainable Product Award. The efficient water-based delivery solution offers a sustainable alternative to solvent-based systems.
