Ecolab is honored to rank on DiversityInc’s esteemed list again this year. We’re committed to a culture of inclusion where all associates are supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
In 2022, we achieved significant progress toward our diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) 2030 Impact Goals, including the hiring of 37% women and 37% people of color in management roles globally and in the U.S., respectively.
We integrated DE&I throughout our company and vendor relationships, resulting in an increased diverse supplier spend by 28% last year.
Finally, we hosted a two-day leadership summit for our Employee Resource Group leaders to empower them with the tools and resources to develop business strategies and contribute to the health of our culture.
