Supporting a diverse, inclusive workforce and an equitable workplace is embedded across everything we do at KPMG. We support all our people through a variety of programs that nurture skills and leadership readiness. One of these cornerstone efforts is Accelerate 2025, an initiative launched in 2020 that grounds our strategy for a more diverse workforce and inclusive work environment.
