In a recent interview with Fair360, Martinez discussed her experience creating and implementing Jefferson Health’s company-wide global DEI strategic plan. Creating a Global DEI Plan
Martinez began her work at Jefferson Health during the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2020. Three weeks later, the global outrage following the murder of George Floyd brought attention to the urgent need to address DEI.
