People are leaving their jobs to retire, take care of kids or get better pay and treatment. And many companies are looking for new faces, voices and people with different life experiences, which is why it’s a great time to up your DEI strategy to find diverse candidates.

Companies must look in the right places and job boards to find those diverse candidates. If a company is not receiving enough applicants from diverse demographics, there may be an outreach issue. In other words: recruiters must meet these diverse candidates where they are.
