The overwhelming talent priority for Top 50 companies is increasing fairness throughout the talent pipeline. Ninety-six percent expressed this as a goal aim for the upcoming year.
Retaining inclusive talent was the top DEI priority at 82% of Top 50 companies. Additionally, creating a company culture that more readily embraced inclusion in the workplace ranked second, with 62% of Top 50 companies naming that a top priority.
