Confidence is a crucial characteristic when it comes to advancing in the workplace but it’s also a characteristic women struggle with.
Nellie Borrero, Global Managing Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Accenture, which ranks at No. 15 on Fair360, formerly DiversityInc’s Top 50 List for 2015, offered some suggestions for women trying to figure out how to improve their confidence, as well as the confidence of her fellow coworkers.
