Meeting in a Box: A Look Back at 2022

As we bring 2022 to a close, we look back at a year where we explored a variety of topics, challenges and themes related to our coverage of heritage months. If at any point you missed our heritage month offerings, this edition of Meeting in a Box will help you recap some of the most important stories and revisit some of the most critical issues facing underrepresented groups today.

Looking forward to 2023, we will continue to highlight some of the biggest challenges facing underrepresented communities in corporate America and focus in on what is working, from mentoring to supplier diversity programs, diverse infrastructure and the ways diversity props up innovation.

It has been a tumultuous year as we stand on the brink of a recession and a shifting talent landscape. There has, perhaps, never been a more important time for corporate diversity efforts to deliver on their promise as a business function. But to understand where we must go, we must understand the events have shaped the experiences of the people who will help us get there. We hope this edition of Meeting in a Box is just one piece of the puzzle in helping organizations do that.
